Are the advisors the real deal?
This website is for entertainment purposes only. Each advisor is unique. Some psychics and mediums use tools and some don't. Astrology is based on theory and psychic abilities are not required. Many tarot readers possess psychic abilities. Some tarot readers have only studied what each card means and what they mean adjacent to other cards. This does not necessarily mean that they have psychic abilities. Through our advisor's uniqueness, we believe they are able to provide spiritual advice. However, one person's interpretation of what entails "the real deal" may differ from someone else's.
What happens if the call gets disconnected before my intended balance was used?
If a User does not use all the minutes they paid for in a session, the remaining balance will be credited to their "My Balance" account within seventy-two (72) hours. As this is a manual process, delays may occur. We are working on a faster seamless solution. If a User wishes to expedite the process, they may email [email protected] with the subject line: "My Balance."
I am not happy with my reading. Can I request a refund?
This website is for entertainment purposes only. You have the option to end any live AudioCall or VideoCall at your own will at anytime by hanging up. If you feel that the advisor doesn't understand you, your situation, or if you are not enjoing your reading, there are many other talanted readers on our website that may resonate better with you. Our advisors have their own uniquesness, different reading styles, gifts, set of skills, experience and tools. You can also try the filtering option to find a better match for you.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, the minimum charge per session* is the cost of five (5) minutes.
The minimum charge is non refundable.

Do you offer 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt)?
Users in the EU, EES, and UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal
(ångerrätt) under applicable consumer protection laws. By depositing funds
into 'My Balance,' you acknowledge and agree that this right expires once
any portion of the balance is used for platform services. Refund requests
for unused funds within the withdrawal period will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis in accordance with legal requirements.

How do I apply to become an advisor on MEET A PSYCHIC ONLINE?

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes, our website services are restricted to persons 18 and over.
How does the Message/Chat work?
Most advisors will be live on the chat but some will answer later. This is
beacause they may be busy on a call.
Please write your question(s) right away. Write your name so it will be
easier for the advisor to connect to your energy. If you are asking about a
situation envolving another person, provide their name.
If you are asking an astrologer, they will need your name, date-of-birth
(dob), time and city of birth. They will need this to read your astrological
birth chart. If you are asking about someone else, don't forget to provide
their information too.
If the advisor hasn't written anything while the message function was still
"live", the advisor will provide your answer in an offline message. Don't
worry, the advisor is obligated to spend the same amount of minutes on this
reading as you have purchased this session for.
